I've been sorting this Lotus White '67 recently, working my way to the level of correctness that it deserves. With only 78K original miles, and a prior owner's fair "restoration" it's doesn't need too much. Luckily Eric has come thru for me again by supplying the correct restored Pierburg fuel pump and 12V coil. Both are now installed, functioning perfectly and look superb. The quality is amazing, prices are fair and I'm just glad to have found him, doing his thing, a few years ago. Keep up the good work Eric! Cheers!

The pump is for my 1967 Karmann Ghia Convertible. It's factory correct but had been sitting for many years as a dealership display. Much of the fuel system has been replaced as insurance against future issues. The replacement pump from air-cooled is perfect!
I've always been proud (bragged actually) that my car is original, which you do not see today. Even though everything on it has probably been replaced at least once, it looks like it did on the showroom floor. I was at a car show a couple of years ago and someone pointed out it had a Brazilian fuel pump. Ruined my day. When I saw Eric had these available, I had to have one. It is beautiful (and original). Eric was great with any questions I had too. Definitely recommend it!
Replaced my working Brazilian fuel pump with Lane Russell restored German Pierburg unit for aesthetics, wanting 'original', and the quality that goes with that. Crazy, but it was my wife Becky that suggested this, and found these on 1967 VW Beetle (1967beetle.com). She recognized the 'cool factor' and I followed her lead. Delivery was timely, packaging excellent, and then the pump itself -- spectacular pride of workmanship immediately evident. And now we're proud of it. Eric's communication and customer service is 'old school' -- personal, accessible, and knowledgeable.
Buying from Lane Russell is an experience.
Love my German Fuel Pump. The attention to detail is second to none. Ordering from the website is easy, safely packaged, shipment arrived on time and follow-up made me know this comapny cares about their customer and product.
I bought a rebuilt Pierburg pump for my '69 Beetle, and it is a thing of beauty. I did have an issue with flow at first, and Eric helped me troubleshoot it out (turns out I needed to prime the pump, and then it worked beautifully). It's on my car now and working well. I really appreciate the personal touch and attention to my issues -- I plan on buying another for my Bus, whenever I get around to that project...
Dave,
