Ethanol-resistant German fuel hose. 5mm ID (inner diameter). Ethanol resistant. Cloth braided. Made in Germany by an established OEM manufacturer to Volkswagen.

Built to DIN 73379 specifications, this hose is engineered to handle modern aggressive biofuel blends like E10 and E85. Prevents the cracking and swelling typical of older German lines exposed to ethanol.

Avoid mounting the fuel filter inside the engine bay. We recommend placing it near the transmission, adjacent to the point where the metal fuel line leaves the chassis.

Regardless of the fuel components you choose, the best strategy is to know your air-cooled engine and check everything on a regular basis.

Fuel Line

Shipping was great, and the quality of the fuel line is great. Stumbled upon this website when researching moving the fuel filter for my 69 beetle.Don’t want “Rosie” to catch fire.

Thanks so much for supporting our small business!

Great kit & customer support!

Eric took time to chat with me right away about my Bug project, giving me more confidence in my next steps (as someone who is relatively new to the air-cooled world). Shipping was on-time as expected, allowing me to promptly install a new fuel line. Thanks for the support & advice, Eric!

Thanks, Caleb! I’m glad I could help.
