This 12V German Bosch coil has been professionally refurbished in our workshop and tested for conformity to factory specifications.

It measures the requisite resistance levels, sparks correctly, and is complete with a repainted, sealed, and freshly-revived bracket in L91 silver.

Short and long-style coil styles may vary depending on the availability we import from Germany.

Appropriate for classic Volkswagens from 1967-1979.

New 12V Coil & Pierburg Fuel Pump

What a pairing! I needed to get the engine compartment looking, and running, as good as the rest of my '67 Beetle. I had done business with Eric in the past so I knew where to turn. Perfect addition to my ‘67 bug engine

Excited to add this German coil to my car. It complements the restored Solex carb and fuel pump.

Another Excellent Product

The rebuilt 12Volt Bosch coil and bracket are awesome. I just wish that the paint didn’t scratch so easily. It scratched when the bracket slipped as I was installing it.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. The coil looks brand new, and works
like a new coil too.

The coil has 3 places to connect leads but my 1971 bus needs 5. Can I get splitters for accommodating all?

Yes, you can. We offer them as individual items, and they can be special-ordered if you are interested. From the factory, these coils come with a single lead that can be extended to a three-lead configuration.

Will it work with electronic points?
